Returns/Exchange Policy

Because each ID Tag is uniquely one of a kind, OneEcoTree does not accept returns for ID Tags.  All information on each tag is directly copied and pasted from the customized form customers fill out for each ID Tag transaction.  If an error does occur with the information provided (if OneEcoTree does mispell information the customer submitted) and is the fault of OneEcoTree, we would be more than happy to exchange the tag with the corrections made.  OneEcoTree is not responsible for customer errors.

OneEcoTree is not responsible for ID Tags that a pet has chewed on or eaten or has been broken due to excessive force.  Please ensure that your ID Tags are secured to your pet's collar out of the reach of its mouth not only for their protection against choking but also their protection against being without identification.

Returns & Exchanges on collars, leashes & harnesses are accepted if the item is deffective. Normal wear and tear is not considered defective.  If you need to return or exchange an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

Shipping takes place 7-10 business days after an order is placed.  This does not mean it will take 7-10 business days to receive an order.  Due to the high volume of sales we receive and the nature in which our items are made, we do need the additional time to create items for each customer.  Shiiping times have been increased due to recent high volume of sales.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world.  All shipping costs are fixed based on weight; OneEcoTree does not charge additional shipping costs for international orders. Please make sure your shipping address is correct.  If an item is returned to OneEcoTree due to an insufficient address, the customer will be notified via email and sent an invoice for the additional shipping to resend the order. The order will not be resent or refunded if the customer fails to pay the additional shipping costs.

Shipping Methods

OneEcoTree ships all orders First Class via United States Postal Service.  All customers, both Domestic and International will receive Delivery Confirmation numbers for each order once it has shipped.

Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery within the United States; more time is neccessary for International Orders.
