If you have your own ideas and you would like us to make into a special custom tag for you, you've come to the right place!

Have an idea?  Need something special? Do not be afraid, friends!  We will be more than happy to create something special just for you at no additional fee!  We can do just about anything or completely exhaust all possibilites trying- there hasn't been one that we've turned down yet!

Here's How it Works: 

Once you have submitted your request, you will hear from OneEcoTree within 24 hours.  We will then ask additional questions via email (if neccessary), and provide you with draft pictures along your special creation's way to finalizing.  All email communication will only come from sales@oneecotree.com so be sure to add us to your address book.  Please feel free to tweak and move and change your mind along the way or at the last minute!  We really don't mind!

When a proof has been approved by the customer, we will create a mock-up of the order, removing all personal information so it is not exposed, create a custom listing for you and we will send you the link you may purchase the item from.

Information to Include in Your Tag Request:

• All information you would like on the tag; i.e. Name, contact info, address, phone #s, medical alert info, microchip, etc.
• Size- XS=1", S=1.25", M=1.5", L=2"
• Shape of tag
• Colors
• Font for Name- just let us know which font you like from another tag you see or request a special font- we can do it all!
• Anything else we should know about your pet or yourself that we can make specially suited for you!
• Any and all additional questions will be happily answered
